碩士 === 中國科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 104 === This study "Christian's family life and personal life of the church correlation" research purposes, according to the Department of Organizational Behavior patterns of three levels of theory, individual, group and organizational perspective of relevance to explore the Christian "family life "and" church life "in the correlation, as well as individuals may be differences between the two situations in life, in order to achieve personal grasp Christian (spiritual) life of the key elements. 　　In the study, the first to know from the literature in organizational behavior in the "individuals, groups and organizations," three modes of theory and research, and cited accordingly correlation between the three modes, as the research framework of the build; Then, referring to the Bible about the "Christian", "home" and "family life", and "church life" in the records and lessons with the literature relevant to this discussion of the three, one by one view, extract the key factors related to the proposal of the interview questionnaire for: Personal (Christian) effectiveness in the organization (church life) in the (winning)? Individual (Christian) benefit (win) in family life (groups) in? And personal (Christian) benefits in the church life (organization) in the (victorious) whether the individual (Christian) benefits in family life (groups) of (winning) related to other issues? Through qualitative research methods for selecting cases, to impose in-depth interviews to collect information about the Christian life experience "home" and "family life" in, according to the analysis of research, to serve the Christian understanding of "home" and "family Living 'key role in the church life. The study concluded that, in theory, there are significant differences between the three models in the Christian life, the Christian personal qualities and "church life (organization)" related; however, it has nothing to do with "Family Life (group)." However, given the "Family Life (group)" and "church life (organization)" are inseparable, so this study suggests that the future of Christians should be more focus on "family life (groups)" and "church life (organization)" consistency, so that the Christian life is more of a salt of the earth and light of the world, has become a model of social stability.
