Nursing service with service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior may directly influence the intention and willingness of customer to see a hospital. Therefore, the incentives and motivation for nurses to perform more enthusiastically are worthy to be discussed. Objectives: To explore perception of job insecurity and flow in different age groups among nursing practitioners. To test the correlation and differences among the constructs of perception of procedural justice, supervisor support, service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior job to the constructs of insecurity. Methods: This research uses cross-sectional study.Nursing practitioners in Tainan City are as the subjects with quota stratifia sampling with the variable of age. Distribution 410 questionnaires and collects 382 questionnaires with 93.2% return rate. Data analyzes with description, t-test, factor analysis, Pearson correlation test, regression test, and Sobel Test. Results: The perceptions of procedural justice and manager support are positive significant influence on the constructs of service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior, as well as the construct of the flow. The perceptions of procedural justice and manager support are negative significant influence on job insecurity. Through the constructs of perceptions of procedural justice and manager support, the construct of job insecurity is merely partial negative influence on the construct of service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior. The flow of nurse has an intermediary Factor on the constructs of perceptions of procedural justice, manager support, and service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior. Conclusions: The study results show if nurses perceive more procedural justice, and supervisor support, they will be more enthusiastic to response. By doing so, positive attitude in the work place will be created. Nurses will also promote their flow, as well as motivate their service-oriented organizational citizenship behavior. During decision-making process, Hospital manager should enhance procedural justice and supervisor support, and focus on nurses’ demands, and recognition.
