For the sake of τ_f requirements to 0, with a value added resonance frequency temperature drift coefficient material (Ca0.95Sr0.05) (Ti0.97Sn0.03) O3 (τ_f ~ + 807.71 ppm/℃) experimentally that 0.92 (Mg0.95Co0.05)2(Ti0.97Sn0.03)O4-0.08(Ca0.95Sr0.05)(Ti0.97Sn0.03)O3 at a sintering temperature 1325℃ holding temperature at 4 hours with the best microwave characteristics: ε_r ~ 18.42 , Q×f ~ 237,200 GHz, τ_f~ 3.72 ppm/℃. Further Discussion Ca5A4 (Ti0.95Sn0.05)O17(A = Ta, Nb) held by the experiment that the sintering temperature of 1375℃ temperature four hours with the best microwave dielectric properties: ε_r ~ Ta: 72.58, ε_r ~ Nb: 57.407 , Q×f ~ Ta: 16400 GHz, Q×f ~ Nb: 10400GHz, τ_f~ Ta: 195.01 ppm/℃, τ_f~ Nb: 64.77 ppm/℃. CaLa4 (Ti0.95Sn0.05)5O17 experimentally that holding temperature four hours with the best microwave dielectric properties at a sintering temperature 1400℃: ε_r~ 56.11, Q×f ~ 8422 GHz, τ_f ~ -8.188 ppm/℃. CaNd4 (Ti0.95Sn0.05)5O17 experimentally that holding temperature four hours with the best microwave dielectric properties at a sintering temperature 1425℃: ε_r ~ 42.19, Q×f ~ 4355 GHz, τ_f~ -62.81 ppm/℃. In addition, the paper FR-4, Al2O3 and homemade board 0.92 (Mg0.95Co0.05)2 (Ti0.97Sn0.03)O4-0.08(Ca0.95Sr0.05)(Ti0.97Sn0.03)O3design and production an operation in the 2.4 GHz microstrip bandpass filter. When the last measured frequency response, obtained from the measurement results, the use of high dielectric constant and low loss material used as the circuit board area reduction and to achieve better filtering characteristics.
