It can not only shorten the time of product manufacturing, but also guarantee the product design and manufacturing process, thereby enhancing the competitive advantage of the enterprise. And the risk priority number (Priority Number.RPN Risk) is an important risk assessment value, but it also has the importance of failure to fully respond to the failure mode. Therefore, this study will put forward a better RPN algorithm, in order to fully reflect the importance of failure mode. On the other hand, to solve the problems exist correlation, and the use of failure mode and effects analysis, will affect the priority order to solve the problem.( Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory DEMATEL) is an effective method to deal with the complex causality structure, which affects the distribution and effect of resources. Improved methods can be re adjusted to deal with the priorities of the problem. Therefore, this study uses decision making laboratory analysis to revise the failure mode and effect analysis, and compare with the traditional failure mode and effect analysis method. Finally, this study to business case is verified, thereby indicating modified failure mode and effect analysis method will be better able to find out to deal with the problem of priorities.
