碩士 === 中華大學 === 運輸科技與物流管理學系 === 104 === In this paper the selection of Chinese textbooks in a elementary school among available alternative suppliers is regarded as a multi criteria decision making problem. A decision model which consists of four dimensions and fourteen criteria as well as three alternative Chinese textbook suppliers is built, AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) integrated TOPSIS (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method is proposed. In the proposed model, the weights of the criteria are determined by AHP method and the alternatives are evaluated by TOPSIS. Thirty experts who were senior Chinese course teachers in elementary school were invited to do the. expert questionnaires. After we computed the weights of all criteria, the TOPSIS was used to rank three selected Chinese textbook suppliers. The result showed that the proposed multi criteria decision making model is good for elementary schools to select their Chinese textbook suppliers.
