| Summary: | 碩士 === 中華大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 104 === This research is based on the institutional analysis of Chung Hua University. From registered questionnaires implemented on all of the students of department of Information Management, we ask the freshmen and sophomores about their social network and consulting network and ask the juniors for their intention of studying Master. By using the Social Network Analysis, we can know the degree, density, betweeness and size of the social network and figure out the interaction and the relationship between the students.
Our research utilized the social network software, NodeXL to analyze the senior-exclusive questionnaire and receive the result as follow:
1. The densities of social network and consulting network of the freshmen are all lower than the sophomores.
2. The betweeness of social network and consulting network of the sophomores are all lower than the freshmen.
Furthermore, from social network and consulting network, we can find out the key students in each group and the marginalized students in each class. As a result, teachers are able to realize the relationship between students and then provide helpful advices and guidelines to the marginalized students according to the interrelationship of social network.
