The personality traits for special education teachers are very important; in addition, recognition of pressure, and the intellegence to control their emotions for the teachers will directly impact on the students. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to explore the relationshipsin between the personality traits, emotional intelligence, and pressure of the special education teachers. The results are as follows: 1. There exist significant differences in between genders with respect to personality, emotional intelligence and work pressure of a teacher. 2. There exist significant differences in between age, seniority, and education with respect to personality, and emotional intelligence of a teacher. 3. There exist significant differences in between marital status and personality, and work pressure of a teacher. 4. There exist significant differences in between position of a teacher, school size and personality of a teacher. 5. The extraversion personality traits will affect the social skills of emotional intelligence. 6. Personality and work pressure are correlated. 7.
