碩士 === 中華大學 === 資訊管理學系 === 104 === In order to enhance digital competitiveness, HsinChu city government establishes the iHsinChu free wireless internet access service in each administrative organization and public nodes in urban area. The service gives people a new digital experience. It also brings the digital life unprecedented comfort and convenience. Nowadays the capability of wireless transmitting is able to provide faster bandwidth and steadier quality. To connect internet throughout wireless Internet access service will be the mainstream of digital network technology in the future. The study was designed to investigate how is customer satisfaction for the iHsinChu free wireless Internet access service? The study adopted reliability and validity analysis and Pearson correlation analysis and analysis of variance (ANOVA) for data of questionnaires by statistical analysis. It also was to investigate whether the iHsinChu free wireless Internet access service is able to make people satisfied in practice and becomes an indispensable part of life. The survey found that customer satisfaction is quite high and the majority of people agree the mean value of overall satisfaction, thus it was proved that the iHsinChu free wireless Internet access service is successful. Also the study would propose an improvement plan for a small part of undesirable aspect. It is expected that overall service quality of the iHsinChu free wireless Internet access service will be enhanced further. With the improvement of life quality and constantly upgrading of technology, the way of wireless Internet access has many different options. If we can understand customer expectation indeed, it will be a great help for the iHsinChu free wireless Internet access service.
