| Summary: | 碩士 === 中華大學 === 企業管理學系 === 104 === The main purpose of this study is to explore the relevance of firefighters Disaster Relevance of education and training and Prevention and Relief Effectivenes, secondary purpose in understanding the different backgrounds of the Education and training on organizational performance and public performance of the show.
The results of this study can be used as reference policy formulation fire authorities, firefighters and follow-up research.
This study adopted questionnaire to self questionnaire "Miaoli County Firefighters Prevention and Relief of education and training and performance questionnaire"
Divided into "Education Training", "Prevention and Relief Effectiveness" of the two facets. Education and training facets contain "Course professor", "Training Content", "Training time"three levels; Prevention and Relief Effectiveness performance include "Organizational Performance" and "Public performance" two levels.organizational performance facets contain "Task-performance" and "Coordination Performance" two levels;Public performance include "rescue efficiency and satisfaction of the people" and "to avoid personal and financial damage," two levels. Questionnaire to serve the Miaoli County Government Fire Department firefighters conducted the study for the study, a total recovery of 228 parts (92.68%) questionnaires, and SPSS statistical software package for project analysis, Related research analysis, reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, multiple regression analysis and other analysis.
The research results are as follows:
1.The subjects age 25-50 years old, male, team titles, the majority.
2.Ducation and training and organizational performance Firefighters have significant and relevant.
3.The education and training of firefighters and the public has a significant performance-related.
4.Through education and training way for Prevention and Relief Firefighters performance with positive effect.
