They make many effort to rescue and aid and care of a sick or injured person during the abnormal climate. Discussing the content in their work is vital for increasing the enthusiasm in work and equity in society. In this thesis, we investigated the 261 firefighters work in Miaoli County Fire Bureau using the questionnaire survey. Organization Identification and Job Satisfaction Questionnaire were used in our research. Organization Identification Questionnaire can be described into four main parts including cohesion, involvement, loyalty and alienation. To perform the item analysis, reliability analysis, Descriptive Statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe's method and regression, we used SPSS simulation software and created a numerical model. The experimental results and summary were below as: 1.The results show that the majority is 30-40 -year-old man whose range is 10 to 15 years of service, annual salary is 600000 to 700000 dollars and education is Police Academy. 2.The statistical results reveal that the scorewhich Organization Identification in the group of the firemanis lower.The one of Organization Identification items is that “The effect of the Fire Bureau suffer from severe criticism transfers to self-feeling” gets the lowest score. 3.The statistical results also reveal that the score which Job Satisfaction in the group of the firemanis low. The opportunity of job promotion of Organization Identification items gets the lowest score. 4.Cohesion in Organizational identify has an obvious difference between the age is 30 and 50 years old. Above 50 years old man have the highest Organization Identity. In contrast, the man under 30 years-old man have the lowest. 5.Two of Job satisfaction items are “years of service” and “annual salary”. These variables of backgrounds have an obvious deviation between each other. As below: (1)The highest level of satisfaction is in the range is 15 to 20 years of service, the lowest level of satisfaction is in the range is 10 to15 years of service. (2)The highest level of satisfaction is in the range of annual pay is 700000 to 800000 dollars, the lowest level of satisfaction is in the range of annual pay is 600000 to 700000 dollars. 6.Two of the Organization Identification items are “The Fire Bureau suffer from any problem as if I encounter and suffer” and “I think that the image of Fire Bureau can represent self-image impact on “Job Satisfaction” and have an obvious difference.
