Summary: | 碩士 === 中華大學 === 企業管理學系 === 104 === Stress has become the outcome of modern life, whether in life, relationships or even works, can cause many negative physical, psychological and behavioral effects on individuals. If people can understand and learn the source of stress, learn to self-manage stress, they can better buffer the negative impacts from stressors. Taiwan has many mid and small enterprises. Whatever the size, they all need an accountant. With the changing environments, the job of an accountant has become so labor-and-emotion intensive. An accountant can easily break the lows if they ignore the changing law. He/she can also have many physical problems, such as eye or bowel problems.
Research has shown that accountants are under high pressure. The job stressors can include work overload, intense interpersonal relationship, in balance between work and family and role ambiguity. These factors might lead to job burnout, even leaving intention, causing devastating consequences to an organization. Researchers have been recently studied the construct of psychological capital (PsyCap). The results suggest that when an employee has a high PsyCap, he tends to have a lower level of job burnout and leaving intention. Accordingly, this study aims to further explore the relationship between job stress, job burnout, leaving intention and PsyCap among accountants.
This study employs survey method and collected 200 questionnaires. By using SPSS, this study aims to the relationship among different constructs.
