Approach to the study questionnaire, using the Body Image Scale and Academic Achievement Scale. This study used purposive sampling to a country in grades seven to nine year 104 school students for the study of Taoyuan, stratified cluster sampling method, students will be divided into three grades according to, and "class" as the sampling unit, bundling the sample extracted samples. Randomly grade seven, eight, nine total of 10 classes, a total of 305 questionnaires, 290 valid questionnaires, the questionnaire was available in 83%. The results are summarized as follows: 1.The average BMI of the study is 20.6, and increases with increased grades. The largest number in the normal range of 61% underweight or overweight people accounted for 39%, and the proportion of underweight or overweight boys than girls and more. 2.The weight conscious object of study of normal people accounted for up to 61%, too light or too heavy people accounted for 39%. This result like actual BMI value, but consciously overweight high proportion of girls than boys, girls display easier to overestimate their own weight. 3.Object of study in body image scale and the subscales have the sound high above satisfaction, which "look orientation" higher scores indicate object of study to look high degree of concern, but satisfaction is relatively low. 4.Object of study on academic achievement scales are also more satisfied with the high, which "skills" score higher. 5.Different background factors and body image presented significant differences, especially in the most obvious BMI, body image too light people scale scores are higher. 6.Different background factors and academic achievement is only the weight conscious, monthly exam class rank, education level of parents have significant differences with the average household monthly income. 7.Body image and academic achievement of the object of study generally positively correlated. In summary it shows that girls than boys harsh view of their size, are more satisfied with their own appearance. The body's high satisfaction, academic achievement performance is good, but the appearance of those concerned about the high academic achievement performance is poor.
