Summary:碩士 === 中華大學 === 行政管理學系 === 104 === The purpose of this study was to discuss teachers’ perception towards the school organizational climate and well-being at Chung-Hsing Elementary school in Hsinchu County. To achieve the research purpose, the self-designed survey questionnaire “teachers’ perception towards the school organizational climate and well-being at Chung-Hsing Elementary school in Hsinchu County” was administered to collect pertinent data. The subjects in the study were 50 teachers at Chung-Hsing Elementary school in Hsinchu County, including adjunct directors, adjunct group leaders, home-room teachers, and subject teachers (except the principal, full-time group leaders, substitute teachers and intern teachers).A total of 50 questionnaires were issued. 50 questionnaires were all returned, and they were effective. The rate of responding and utilization was up to 100%. With SPSS 22.0 for Windows statistical software package performed statistical analysis, descriptive statistics, t test and one-way analysis of variance, and stepwise multiple regression analysis and other statistical methods. Based on the analysis of the survey data, this study came to the following conclusions First, the perception towards the school organizational climate among the principal and teachers at Chung-Hsing Elementary school in Hsinchu County is medium. Second, the teachers’ perception towards the school organizational climate at Chung-Hsing Elementary school in Hsinchu County is closed most, open the second. Third, the teachers with a good status of feeling well-being at Chung-Hsing Elementary school in Hsin Chu County. Fourth, the teachers with different background have quite different point of view of the perception towards the school organizational climate at Chung-Hsing Elementary school in Hsinchu County. Fifth, the feeling of teachers with different background at Chung-Hsing Elementary school in Hsinchu County towards well-being without differences. At last, the teachers' school organizational climate and well-being at Chung-Hsing Elementary school in Hsinchu County are not relevant at all levels except the level of teachers’ professional development. According to the conclusion above, the present study could offer recommendation for school personnel and future research for reference.
