Summary: | 碩士 === 中華大學 === 土木工程學系 === 104 === Exercise games do not only further children’s interests in learning, but also satisfy their curiosities, increase concentration, sensory integration and strengthen theirsocial skills between peers in order to becomephysical and mental health. The balance beam includes all functions just as mentioned above, helping educators to create happy atmosphere in classroom. However, the traditional balance beam is so heavy, big and space-occupying that the teachers have little willingness to use which decreases the children’s multiple learning opportunities indirectly and wastes education resources.Therefore,this research based on innovation theory improves the disadvantages to a light, good-looking and diverse balance beam by means of 39 engineering parameters, contradictory matrix, technical contradictions, physical contradictions, 40 inventive principles, substance-field analysis and 76 standards. The innovative improvements for balance beam’s texture become a complex material.One side of the base is added embedded retractable wheels to move and fold up the base of balance beam to reduce the volume. Innovative balance beam can be easily adjusted the position according to children’s height and weight with computer systems and electric motors. Providing audible and visual system sensor, it makes gentle sound or rapid alarm to remind the children of taking care. Furthermore, it uses ergonomic arcs and antiskid lines to create diverse balance beams in order to increase learning effects. Innovative balance beam for the surrounding is more friendly, convenient, suitable and safer to activate teachingwhich make children to learn comprehensively.
