If the warning light of power control system illuminate during both engines running on ground, the crewmenbers must abort the flight mission for fault. If some specific maintenance or test can be done at right time for the faulty component of throttle power control system, for example, adjustment or replacement, we can efficiently eliminate the malfunction and save time for the maintenance action. This study is based on the research of disposition of micro switch in helicopter, and done by ergonomics. First, to get critical factors by increasing incorrect measure point, distorted pins of plug, and human being errors. The research shows that measurement by using test set is more efficient, saving man power and time, and the results of test set has greatly eliminated in correction of measurement comparable to human beings. The result of manufactured external electrical testing box used in this research can be a critical reference in all power quadrants test for military and civilian helicopters. Thus we can sharply increase efficiency for maintenance and minimize any potential problem, such as bending pin.
