The results showed that with the new payment standards being implemented on January 1, 2015, there was an increase in sales after June 2014, perhaps in response to the change in legislation, clinics feared a lack of acne medicines supply. This study investigated the specifics and ingredients used in clinic over the two years with Clindamycin kg ranking first in both years. In 2014 it was because the bulk package of 99 was still covered, so clinics preferred to by in bulk. It was still ranked first in 2015, showing that the change in regulation did not affect the use of the drug. In 2015 there were significant differences each month, clinic, and total sales. In terms of pharmaceutical sales, there were significant differences in sales between the two years (p-value: 1.84E-05*), showing significant change. The average number of sales in showed a year over year increase from 2014 to 2015, which reflects the influence of health insurance policies. Regression model for the interpretation of total sales accounted for 3.2% of the change , the factors that influence the amount of sales are many. The business area of the clinics play a large role, with clinics in different regions using different amounts of drugs. 2014 data showed significant differences in total sales between the months. Comprehensively, data from 2014 and 2015 showed significant differences between commodity types (p-value: 0.0006 *), sales volume (p-value: 1.59E-05 *), service area (p-value: 2.88E-21 *) etc. with only total sales not showing significant differences (p-value: 0.09).
