Summary: | 碩士 === 中華科技大學 === 經營管理研究所 === 104 === The purposes of the study are to elementary teachers’ relationship with job commitment, teaching efficiency and professional development under the teacher education deregulation; to understand the differences and the connections with teachers from different background on the factories of job commitment , teaching efficiency and professional development. Quantitative data analysis was adopted; elementary teachers were the objects of this study, two hundred and fifty- six effective sample questionnaires were analyzed by descriptive statistics, T-test, one-way ANOVA, product-moment correlation and related analyses.
The main findings are as below:
1. On job commitment, elementary teachers value of “job involvement and “ occupational commitment” highly; on teaching efficiency, they concentrate on “class management ,parents and teachers communication”; and “Professional attitude” are considered to be very important for professional development.
2. Elementary school teachers in the work promises to " job involvement ", " occupational commitment " levels presented significant differences.
3. Elementary school teachers in teacher effectiveness, in order to " parents and teachers communication " " Teaching perform diagnostic assessment" levels presented significant differences.
4. Elementary school teachers in professional development of teachers of different background variables in the "professional attitude", "Professor subject knowledge and ability", "expertise" presents significant differences.
5. job commitment and teaching efficiency have positive correlation; job commitment and professional development positive correlation ; teaching efficiency and professional development. have positive correlation
Based on above findings, under the teacher education deregulation elementary teachers on job commitment, teaching efficiency and professional development are significant enhancements, which help teachers develop professional competition.
