By patent analysis, we can spy out the recent trend of the opponent, predict the development of nations or industries, and become the basis of patent layout. Recently, there is a rapid increase in global thermal image technology. This technique can be used widely in driving, searching, differentiating among sight, obstacles and humans, testing the quality and evaluating the value of each object. It has already been used in military or prosecuting attorney to carry out the task and collection. Further thought the digital transmission system add on the technique of capturing the night image, it can achieve the function of image storage and record. This research focuses on the military industry of thermal image technology. Through the comparison of patent in national exchange and the trend of internal electro-optical technology, the enterprises can sort the popular and valuable direction in the middles and then go through the potential analysis of internal exchange to make decisions future.
