In this circumstance, a young person owning a house is an unreachable dream. Buying a house is a long-term contract, if it gone worst it could possibly affect the next generation. If we don’t think it through, the impact could be far-reaching. The house price in Taipei and suburbs are rising in recent years, therefore, purchasing a house is a decision which needs to be well planned and considered. When facing such a great amount of house, the decision criteria of buying a house will be more important. This paper selected four programs which are located at Nangang - Chongyang Rd, Songshan – Section 4 of Bade Rd, Xizhi - Section 2 of Datong Rd and Neihu - Kangle St. The decision criteria including, square footages, house ages, distance to working places, markets, schools and gas stations. Using AHP for ranking the weights and using MCGP to evaluate and select the needs of house-purchase, and calculate the best choice in these programs. A case study to analyze and discover the best location of purchase houses for newly married couples.
