Special education teachers must respond to the characteristics and needs of each student, appropriate adjustments to teaching objectives, courses and counseling and to provide family counseling services, parental counseling and work with the school administration, therefore, in teaching, professional, interpersonal and administrative aspects are there job stress. How to protect work under pressure taught special needs students' interests, and allow teachers hopeful sense, and thus enhance the quality of special education, the subject of education authorities the primary concern.
The techniques for testing the hypotheses are based on multiple regression analysis and mediated regression analysis. The results of survey show: (1) four types of job stress “workload”,“professional knowledge and ability”, “interpersonal” and “administrative support”,only workloads had a significant effect on leisure coping strategies; (2) leisure coping strategies had a significant effect on hopeful; (3) special education teachers leisure adaptation strategy has the effect of mediation between the four facets job stress and hopeful. Through the study, to provide special education teachers and related units, or as a leisure coping strategies elaboration reference, but also hopes to work after special education teachers to relieve pressure adjustment via casual, more investment in teaching work, and thus create a favorable harmonious campus atmosphere.
