碩士 === 長庚大學 === 商管專業學院 === 104 === The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of entrepreneurship on business performance, and to investigate the mediating effect of training transfer on the relationship between entrepreneurship and business performance. The survey was conducted with 180 valid samples obtained. The result indicated that entrepreneurship has positive influence on business performance, entrepreneurship is significantly related to business performance, and training transfer is significantly related to business performance. However, training transfer has mediating effect on the relationship of entrepreneurship and business performance. The perception of leaders with entrepreneurship is more than those without entrepreneurship. Leaders with entrepreneurship are also willing to try new strategy and create new experience for obtaining the goal of the company.
