Most leading companies in Li-ion Battery industry are in Japan and in recent years, Samsung, Korea became the second largest supplier. How do Li-ion battery package companies in Taiwan survive in this kind of environment? What is the future developing strategy?
Because of the international competition and the changing nature of consumer electronic device demand, the relationship between Li-ion battery package companies and their alliance are also changed with time.
In this case, various factors that make the relationship of Li-ion battery package companies and their alliance change are discussed. For example, the technology spread and the entrance of Korean suppliers both affected the relationship between the alliances. There are close links between the upper stream and downstream corporate.
