Form three-dimensional echocardiography we can understand the cardiac output and the status of the autonomic nervous system modulation using the heart rate variability. However, since three-dimensional ultrasonic image data of the heart are numerous and complicated, we here used image analysis to define the useful indicators for better assessment the state of the heart. On the other hand, during exercise, most people ignore that the excessive exercise may cause harm to the body. This is because when the exercise intensity is too strong, the body reached the anaerobic threshold, and then the body energy supply system would transform into the anaerobic energy system, resulting in the accumulation of lactic acid, that may lead to a decrease in exercise capability and cause harm to the body. However, since the time point of the body to reach anaerobic threshold varies, we analyzed the heart rate signal via real-time wavelet transform, and then derived the power spectrum. Using the power ratio values, we can then predict the occurrence of the onset of the anaerobic point in a real-time manner.
