In this study, we use questionnaires to collected data from senior high school students by stratification sampling in Changhua city. The questionnaires include health beliefs, prevention behaviors, and osteoporosis knowledge. A total of 570 adolescents from junior high schools in Changhua city participated in this study, effective survey were completed in 484 of them. The data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, independent t test, one-way analysis of variance, and Pearson correlation coefficient. The results were as follows: 1.In the result, the sports classes have a higher knowledge of osteoporosis than common classes. Otherwise, the gender and BMI were not significant. 2.In the health beliefs, all of severity of conscious, conscious action and the interests of the conscious action were not different in gender. The sports classes have a higher severity of conscious than common classes. In addition, the interests of the conscious action were significant by different BMI. 3. In terms of preventive behavior, the sports classes were aggregative preventive than common classes. On the other hand, both gender and BMI were not significant in preventive behavior. In the conclusion, most senior high school students want to avoid osteoporosis and hope to preventive, but they were not enough knowledge of osteoporosis. The higher age they group up, the higher risk they occur in osteoporosis. However, the young students have less risk in osteoporosis. Therefore, offering preventive behavior of knowledge and healthcare were necessary. Lee,Shu-Lin 李淑玲 2016 學位論文 ; thesis 99 zh-TW
