Therefore, by conducting this action research, the researcher expects to establish the process of the school meal work, improve its practice, enhance the satisfaction of school meal, and reduce the researcher’s anxiety and stress caused by the school meal work. During action research, the researcher uses ways of literature review and co-researcher discussion to modify this research step by step, and enhance the school meal work. The research issues are as follows: 1. What are the difficulties and reflections of the researcher by using situational analysis? 2. What are the planned action research and the researcher’s reflections? 3. What are the implemented action research and the researcher’s reflections? 4. What are the evaluation of the effect of the action research and the researcher’s reflections? The research conclusions are as follows: 1. The researcher is able to point out the difficulties and reflections by using situational analysis. Situational analysis is the starting point and base of the action research. Therefore, the researcher can make more suitable action plans and understand her own strengths and weakness, which helps to develop the reflections during the whole process. 2. The researcher plans the action research and studies its reflections. Through literature review, the connections between practical work and literature are enhanced, the correctness and comprehensiveness of the action research are improved. Through the communication between co-researchers, the plans are more complete. By reviewing the researcher’s work experience, the plans are more smooth. 3. The researcher implements the action research and studies its reflections. The researcher is able to implement the school meal work and control the process during the whole work. The implementation and reflections are beneficial to the future modification and practice. 4. The researcher evaluates the action research and studies its reflections. The evaluation can promote the school meal organizers’ professional growth. The process of the school meal work is easily established, nevertheless, the correctness and comprehensiveness are relatively difficult.
