Tourism activities can not only obtain foreign exchange but also promote cultural exchanges between countries and enhance the international images.
With unstable relationship between Taiwan and China, dealers of tourism industry and people who go in for tourism industry want to know that whether Taiwan can still keep reputation of ten million tourists to visit Taiwan.
The Ma Administration proposed an internship program of college graduates enter the workplace in 2009. This program made college graduates get lower paid in the workplace. Up to now Taiwan’s youths still get minuscule paid, so they want to start a business and earn much money.
Now the prospect of tourism industry is not cheerful. Generalizing a conclusion from this study, it is feasible to start B&B up in west central district of Tainan City. First, entrepreneur must have entrepreneurship and the ability to initiate and operate independently. Next, scanning tourism industrial environment by PESTEL analysis, five forces analysis and SWOT analysis. After that, preparing detailed feasibility studies including market, finance, law, self - evaluation of entrepreneurship and the ability to start B&B up.
