Summary:碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 光機電整合工程研究所 === 104 === This thesis applies electrochemical method to grow P-Cu2O and hydrothermal method to grow n-ZnO NR. We also use HMTA and PEDOT:PSS to improve crystalline structure of the material as well as reduce P-N connectional surface flaw. We use ZnO seed layer and blue light exposure as well as annealing to help produce Zno Nano-rod and increase its verticalness. We also use X-ray Single Crystal Diffractometer、Electrical Measurement System、UV-VIS Spectophotometer and Micro-current meter…etc instrument to find out that the Cu2O crystalline have highly repeating and sound structure, as well as the completeness of our ZnO Nanorod crystalline structure. By using these procedures, we are able to produce a highly sensitive biosensor. We are able to use it to response two different stage of cancer cell. We are able to obtain the characteristic of response and working wavelength. At the same time we are able to prove that biochips have different characteristic behavior toward cancer cells in different stage.
