In order to provide appropriate audio and video streaming services for heterogeneous platforms, the technology of cloud computing is used to deliver real-time transcoding operations to the cloud server to provide the requirements of different terminal devices. Due to the actual network structure, the cloud and the client The transmission between the need to go through the core network distance, if there are multiple users to watch the same video clips at the same time, the cloud will transcode and transmit multiple copies of the same audio and video clips, causing the burden of the cloud and the network bandwidth of the waste, So we through the action edge of the concept of computing, in the vicinity of the client to store audio and video transcoding fragments to provide multi-user viewing. In this paper, the WAN (Wide Area Network) bandwidth of the cloud to the core network and the bandwidth of the core network to the LAN (Local Area Network) of the client are discussed. Combined with the concept of action edge computing to store transcoded audio and video clips, and the concept of multicast as a way to reduce the bandwidth of the bandwidth of the bandwidth burden.
