Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 機械工程系研究所 === 104 === This paper is devoted to development of process of large-area flexible electronics. Use the equipment of self-adjusting blade coater on the process of large-area flexible polymer light-emitting diode lighting device. Proposed the solutions of problem of solution coating process like film dark line、solution refluxed and the not uniform’s volatile of wet film.
The cause of the not uniform’s volatile of wet film is coffee ring effect, for this we accelerate the evaporation rate of wet film with install an infrared ray lamp, it effectively inhibits the effect of coffee ring and solved the problem of uneven volatile of wet film.
The cause of the dark line of wet film is not smooth of blade surface, the wet film surface was not smooth when it through under the blade, and the IR lamp was accelerated the evaporation rate of wet film, lead the not smooth wet film doesn’t have enough time to flatten by surface tension, the wet film was presented on the PLED device by dark line when solvent was completely volatilized, for this we selected the smooth’s material and change blade from metal cylinder to optical glass to solved the problem of film dark line, and we got the film thickness was 27.7 1.63 nm and variance was 5.9 % at 40 225 mm by coated HTL Solar.
About the solution refluxed we designed a direct fluid system with blade and substrate, used this direct fluid system we got the excellent coated performance by coated P3HT, the film thickness was 18.1 097 nm and variance was 5.35 % at 50 250 mm.
Used the improved self-adjusting blade equipment manufacture the large-area flexible PLED lighting device by coated hole transform layer (PEDOT:PSS) and emitting layer (PFO) its area was 60 250 mm.
