Quality and possible damage situations are the most crucial technology in cold drawing process. It is extremely important to effectively allocate passes and design of die in the cold drawing process. For example, the bad design of die make the workpiece lead to severe warping and even the end of the workpiece surface scraper phenomenon when the workpiece through the asymmetry-sectional geometry die. In this study, the use of numerical simulation analysis software SIMUFACT analysis AISI4130 material cold drawn process workpiece moldability. For C asymmetrical sectional profiles, cold drawn process will the workpiece into a variety of mechanical products, such as beam-column structure, sliders and so on. Design of die with a C-shaped asymmetrical cross-sectional profile with the industrial experience as a starting point. Different cross-sectional shape of the die in the single pass cold drawing of power, the equivalent stress and the moldability of workpiece need to analyze. After establishing the workpiece in cold drawn manufacturing process warping degree is defined by bending degree, predicting the workpiece without scraper case, and then exploring the die geometry, the reduction and die angle change system for cold drawing process.
