In this paper, we achieve live streaming using the APIs offered by YouTube, it can take the view of your mobile cameras and send to YouTube in the meantime so everyone can see it. Otherwise, we also combine with Google Map to display a new location-oriented way of watching video. Users can choose any icon on the map to watch the live events.
