As companies continue to grow and prosper with a large scale of development time, too over relying on family members to manage the company has been significantly enough, and even cause further development bottleneck. Thus, family businesses have already begun to actively introduce or training professional managers to help to manage the company and this is important for family business to reform, innovate and enhance the competitiveness when they meet the development bottleneck. This study focuses on exploring the paternalistic leadership of non-family professional managers, organizational citizenship behavior and the relationship between job performance of employees, and the mediated role of OCB. The study uses the questionnaire survey to collect data. Totally, there are 64 sets valid questionnaires included 64 professional managers and 202 employees. The results are as follows: 1. Paternalistic leadership did not have significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior. 2. Paternalistic leadership did not have significant impact on job performance. 3. Organizational citizenship behavior has a significantly positive impact on job performance. 4. OCBO and OCBI have fully mediating effect between paternalistic leadership and job performance. Based on the research results, the concrete conclusions and suggestions will be provided to the enterprise and further study as the references.
