Summary: | 碩士 === 國立中正大學 === 物理系研究所 === 107 === Sandpile evolution is the famous model to investigate the self-organized criticality. The orginal sandpile model is maintained by adding grains into the system and removing grains from the boundary. It shows the power-low behavior and provides a pathway to understand the self-tuning procedure of the second order phase transition. Explosive procedure, which is called AP process, can transfer the second order phase transition to the first order phase transition. In this thesis, we build a new model that links the AP prcoess with the sandpile system. We find it is not straightforward to transform the new model to the first order phase transition.
