The purpose of this research is to realize the small and medium entrepreneur’s entrepreneurial process, explore their experiential learning in entrepreneurial process, and generalize the mode of their experiential learning. The research method of the study is based on narrative inquiry. By interviewing four participants and analyzing their life stories, we can explore and discuss their experiential learning in terms of enterprise building. Based on the research findings, the conclusions are listed as follows: 1. Entrepreneurial motivation is not simplistic, and has four aspects in the entrepreneurial process. 2. The key factors to form a successful establishment of enterprise are "funding" and "social capital" in the participant’s experiences. 3. The prosperous SME entrepreneurs hold positive and grateful attitude, and take corporate social responsibility. 4. There are three characteristics among the experiential learning process of SME entrepreneurs: continuity, transformability, systematic. 5. The experiential learning process of SME entrepreneurs is a combination of analysis from their personal experiences, market and social environment. 6. The experiential learning for SME entrepreneurs consists of three factors, which are entrepreneurial factors, cognitive management, and management activities. 7. The variation of social environment and situation will trigger new experiential learning models to SME entrepreneurs. GAU, WEN-BING 高文彬 2016 學位論文 ; thesis 122 zh-TW
