The key factors to form a successful establishment of enterprise are "funding" and "social capital" in the participant’s experiences. 3. The prosperous SME entrepreneurs hold positive and grateful attitude, and take corporate social responsibility. 4. There are three characteristics among the experiential learning process of SME entrepreneurs: continuity, transformability, systematic. 5. The experiential learning process of SME entrepreneurs is a combination of analysis from their personal experiences, market and social environment. 6. The experiential learning for SME entrepreneurs consists of three factors, which are entrepreneurial factors, cognitive management, and management activities. 7. The variation of social environment and situation will trigger new experiential learning models to SME entrepreneurs. GAU, WEN-BING 高文彬 2016 學位論文 ; thesis 122 zh-TW |
