Description
Summary:碩士 === 元智大學 === 通訊工程學系 === 103 === The thesis aims for a conventional planar bowtie antenna with a reconfigurable balun band-pass filter (BPF). The balun BPF was developed using three-section coupled-line structures incorporated with varactor diodes for frequency agile operations. Also, the BPF features a less than 3-degree phase difference and a less than 0.7 dB amplitude imbalance between two differential outputs. The integrated antenna structure has tunability on operating center frequency together with bandwidth over a wide frequency range. More specific, the operating frequency is able to be varied from 0.75 GHz to 1.25 GHz with a variable bandwidth (60 to 100 MHz @fc=0.75 GHz and 80 to 140 MHz @fc=1.25 GHz). The effectiveness of the integration is demonstrated with an experimental verification. The integrated antenna structure is expected to find applications in cognitive radio systems.
