Therefore, this research importing cognitive-affective processing system (CAPS) explanation subordinate has confronted with abusive supervision, because of the impact of individual differences and produce different work-life balance. This study investigates the variables inclube abusive supervision, work-life balance, psychological ownership, performance promotion motives, injury initation motives, and emotional intelligence. The results through 582 valid questionnaires indicate abusive supervision is positively reated to work-life conflict, and also negatively reated to work-life enhancement. At the same time, psychological ownership is full mediates the relationship between abusive supervision and work-life enhancement. In addition abusive supervision is negatively related to psychological ownership, and the relationship is weaker when abusive supervision as driven by higher levels of performance promotion motives.
