Summary:博士 === 元智大學 === 管理學院博士班 === 103 === In view of the few research to explore the intermediate process of abusive supervision and work-life balance, and the literature in the field of work-life are numerous, but the lack of a systematic analysis and description. Therefore, this research importing cognitive-affective processing system (CAPS) explanation subordinate has confronted with abusive supervision, because of the impact of individual differences and produce different work-life balance. This study investigates the variables inclube abusive supervision, work-life balance, psychological ownership, performance promotion motives, injury initation motives, and emotional intelligence. The results through 582 valid questionnaires indicate abusive supervision is positively reated to work-life conflict, and also negatively reated to work-life enhancement. At the same time, psychological ownership is full mediates the relationship between abusive supervision and work-life enhancement. In addition abusive supervision is negatively related to psychological ownership, and the relationship is weaker when abusive supervision as driven by higher levels of performance promotion motives. Pactical implication and suggestions for future research on abusive supervision and work-life.
