| Summary: | 碩士 === 元智大學 === 電機工程學系 === 103 === Digital home has become a popular research topic. In such an environment, manufacturers offer many applications, and users subscribe them and execute them on home or mobile gateway to control respective devices. However, there are no existing standards that can automatically manage (switch / migrate / discover) applications. Therefore, this paper proposes a method solve this issue. In our proposed method, each application has a profile information, which provides utility and cost under different situations. With the profiles gateways can calculate gain values and decide whether this application should be turned on/off or migrated. This approach can increase convenience, and reduce management and execute cost of applications. The performance analysis shows that the proposed method can effectively reduce manually control times, extend battery life.
