Acquiring the desired wireless communication products through an effective decision-making process and project management is critical. This case study describes how a project manager guides a professional team in cooperating with internal manufacturers for developing a new communication system. The system was accomplished successfully through project planning, coordinative communication, human control, quality control, and technical integration.
