Customs Administration officers' using experience of RFID E-seal Escort System. The result of this analysis provider evaluations and suggestions to improve this system. This study uses questionnaire as methodology and applies SmartPLS 3.0 as an analytical instrument. Totally 75 copies of questionnaires are received.By deducting the incomplete and irregular questionnaires, the valid questionnaires are total 72 copies. The research findings are: 1.The quality of system, information and service of RFID E-seal Escort System all receive good evaluation and high user-satisfaction by the respondents. Each of these three quality factors is correlated to the user-satisfaction. The respondents consider that the convenience, the completeness and the professionalism and enthusiastic IT technician make them feel satisfied. 2.The user-satisfaction of RFID E-seal Escort System receive good evaluation and also benefit both organizations and individuals. Thus, the user-satisfaction is correlated to the benefit of organizations and individuals. It shows that the respondents would have more usage-satisfaction to RFID E-seal Escort System when the using-effect makes users not only improve efficiency but also enhance quality of work. As a result, this system could increase the benefits of the organizations and individuals because its characteristics of security, uniqueness and hardly-counterfeit could promote the speed and security during customs clearance.
