Summary:碩士 === 元智大學 === 資訊工程學系 === 103 === This study designs a computer assisted learning system , which combines scaffolding and mastery learning theory. The system enables students to practice and provides four kinds of scaffolding to assist student in learning. This study also designs a scaffolding pointing mechanism to evaluate the student received amount of scaffolding and student mastery degree. When students attain threshold points, students would have sufficient understanding and complete the practice. This study conducted an evaluation, including pre-test, post-test, and system record. The results revealed that students with lower pre-test score needed more scaffolding and more practice. This results conform with mastery learning theory. After students completed the practice, their post-test performances achieve certain degree. In other words, students could reach mastery degree with the scaffolding of this learning system.
