And our research samples are focusing on the teachers who work in the preshool of affiliated elementary school.In this study, the questionnaire survey method is used to extract 290 preshool teachers in Taoyuan City as the research sample.The data received by the investigation is statistically analyzed with descriptive statistical analysis, independent samples t-test, one way ANOVA ,Pearson correlation coefficient analysis, and other analysis methods.Findings of the study were addressed as the following:(1)Teachers’ attitude for guidance program:there are significant differences between the teachers with different backgrounds, especially in education, seniority and participating guidance program.(2)Teachers’ opinions for guidance program:there are significant differences between the teachers with different backgrounds, especially in position, seniority and participating guidance program. (3)The preschool teachers' attitude and opinions of the kindergarten guidance program were in the medium level. There are significant differences between attitude and opinions for guidance program.Finally, for the above results, the present study presents recommendations for government units: provide a forum for discussion pipeline and provide quality coaching staff for the park which reference list, with the number of time counseling the login, to encourage the teachers involved in guidance program .For preschool teachers' recommendations: provide administrative resources to cope with the diverse and encouragement continued to enrich themselves to improve early childhood education expertise.
