Survey objects collected questionnaires from Taoyuan City public preschool educators, according to the size of the kindergarten and towns stratified proportional sampling proportion City. The study found: Taoyuan City public preschool educators to preschool integration policy medium-low level of satisfaction. Taoyuan City public preschool educators following background variables in program satisfaction have significant differences: different posts, qualify for, with or without a certificate of qualified teachers, serving different institutions, different groves sizes, and number of children taught in different classes, taught classes’ number of preschool educators. The awareness of policy does not affect satisfaction of Taoyuan City public preschool educators. Taoyuan City public preschool educators’ policies satisfaction and demand satisfaction show low correlation. Research Recommendations: The Ministry of Education should be timely review policy effectiveness, providing a platform to participate in policy.Department of Education, Taoyuan city Goverment should hall Guidance of each preschool effective access to resources, departments should cooperate in order to improve administrative efficiency. Taoyuan City preschool educators should cooperate advocacy policy, reasonable distribution of work, to create positive interaction. Taoyuan City preschool educators should learn to improve test according to salary, attitude adjustment and cooperation improve early childhood taught quality. Teacher education institutions should go to class-oriented, encourage students to getlicense.
