Summary: | 碩士 === 元智大學 === 社會暨政策科學學系 === 103 === The study is to investigate elementary school upper-grade students in Taoyuan City in the examination of correlation between class cultures and deviant behaviors. The study is run by descriptive statistics, independent sample t test, ANOVA, and Spearman correlation analysis through the results of questionnaire; the results are as follows: Overall, the examinees get higher scores in class cultures, and low level scores in deviant behaviors. There are significant negative correlation between the whole class cultures and the whole deviant behaviors; it indicates that there are significant correlation between examinees’ class cultures and deviant behaviors, and represents that the more positive cognition in class cultures, the less possibility in deviant behaviors. Within the structures of class cultures, the scores of female students are higher than the male ones, the scores of the 6th grade students are higher than the 5th grade ones, and the scores of class size between 21-29 students are higher than the class size of more than 30 students. Within the structures of deviant behaviors, the scores of male students are higher than the female ones, the scores of the 5th grade students are higher than the 6th grade ones, the scores of the class size between 21-29 students are higher than the class size more than 30 students, and the scores of grandparents education are higher than the single parent education. The recommendations of study are: the influences on student’s deviant behaviors should not be ignored; the learning of counselling discipline strategies for teachers should be held, the appropriate tutorship should be given to students by different sexes; the supports and cares should be delivered to students from the major caregivers.
