In case study of W company, the company is the a professional manufactory who focus on the business operating on unique product and through analysis of the marketing operation mode to understand how to creating the continuity competition advantage, and estimate the further benefit worthy on machine manufacture industry. In this research, the first part is using the five forces to analysis the business opportunity and threat of programming touch panel on machine manufacture industry, and indicating the business market status of the factory automation product to finding out the efficient service route to completed combine the service worth between distribution networks. As for changeable machine manufacture industry, the W company except for keeping development the product feature on software and hardware, the further advice and comment including diversification on business management and product series region, maintain the network service will be absolutely making the unexceptionable and excellent advantage on marketing scope.
