Summary: | 碩士 === 元智大學 === 管理碩士在職專班 === 103 === The subject of the quality of the work life has been extensively discussed in the current literature however in Taiwan. The quality of the work life is seldomly analyzed through family and work conditions, organizational behavior, physiological and psychological feelings, etc, at same time. This study was based on seven aspects, form The Work-Related Quality of Life (WRQoL) (Simon &; Darren,2012), including the general Well-being, Home-work interface, Job career satisfaction, Control at work, Working conditions, Stress at work, and Overall quality of work life, The results of this study reported that age and salary made significant differences on the quality of work life. The results of this study not only help to understand the work satisfaction and make a higher quality of the work life, but also let the companies pay more attention on their employees’ perception and experiences. To also the implications of this study expected to improve the welfare and the work environment together, so as to make the right recruitment policies and furthermore to reduce the staff turnover rate.
