Summary: | 碩士 === 元智大學 === 管理碩士在職專班 === 103 === The aim of this thesis is to investigate the relationship between achievement motivation and learning adjustment of senior pupils with new inhabitant parent and compare the mutual effect deriving from the different variances of background. This study involved three elementary schools in Taoyuan County, and the research data are collected from questionnaires of students with new inhabitant parent. According to the results, a data analysis was conducted with descriptive statistics method, independent-sample t test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regressions. The conclusions made based on the analysis are as below.
1.Achievement motivation of senior pupils with new inhabitant parent in different background variations has difference; achievement motivation of senior pupils with new inhabitant parent is heavy variance according to family education, hours of parents’ accompanying children to learn, hours of communication between parents and children, and language use at home.
2.Learning adjustment of senior pupils belonging to inhabitant descendants in different background variations has difference; learning adjustment of senior pupils with new inhabitant parent is significant variance according to sex, family education, and hours of communication between parents and children.
3.Achievement motivation and learning adjustment of senior pupils with new inhabitant parent were found to have positive correlation. And observing the presented result, we also found that students with higher achievement motivation also had better learning adjustment.
4.Learning adjustment and learning achievement of senior pupils with new inhabitant parent were found to have positive correlation.
According to these findings, some suggestions were provided for future research.
