Summary: | 碩士 === 元智大學 === 管理碩士在職專班 === 103 === This study is to investigate the purposes, timing , content, effectiveness and problems that teachers use instant messaging software -Line to establish parent-teacher communication platform. In this study, teachers and parents for the survey, carried out using in-depth interviews. After analyz , the conclusions are as follows:
1、The purposes of teachers using Line is easy to use, providing students' information in school activities, elaborating contact book issues and sharing the information about upbring and life. The purposes of parents is easy to contact and surfing students' photos.
2、The timing of teachers using Line with householders are teaching activities, problems happening to students or other special situations. Parents use the Line at the time that students have the learning problems, or they have some doubts about the school.
3、The content that teachers communicate with parents on Line is student-centered, sharing the information of family life and parenting,solving the question about school and class.
4、Teachers communicated with parents on Line could promote the relationships between themselves, increasing contacts, building consensus on education, feedback positive.
5、Teachers establishing communication platform on Line encounter the problems of instability in signal, parents' bad perception of using Line. For parents, they may suffer too many ads, worry about leakage of personal data, lack of time and isunderstanding.
