Summary: | 碩士 === 元智大學 === 管理碩士在職專班 === 103 === This study aims to figure out the elementary school teachers’ current situation among job stress, job involvement and job performance, and then investigate the relationships among job stress, job involvement and job performance.
The method of the research was questionnaire survey of Correlations among job stress, job involvement and job performance of Elementary School Teachers.The public elementary school teachers in Taoyuan County were the population of the research, and 303 teachers of them were actual valid samples. The results of this study are as follows:
First, the elementary school teachers in different ages have obvious diversities in the whole
job stress aspect. Second,as to aspect of personal relationship and workload of job stress,the
elementary school teachers with different seniority, different educational blackground,and
different job position have significant diversity. Third,when job stress contrasted with job
involvement, there is a significant negative influence. Fourth,when job stress contrasted with
job performance, there is a significant negative influence on students’ performance aspect;
however, there is a significant positive influence on workload aspect.Fifth, when job
involvement contrasted with job performance, there are significant positive influences .
