How can we classification it form those thousands of technique, and which one is the optimal solution for investment? This study searched the patent information from the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO). First, this study tried to use the social network analysis to classic it. Then we trying find the suitable investment target from the view of static index (technical-mix modification) and the dynamic momentum index (technology life-cycle). The findings of this study indicate their existed 11 important groups in the scopes of cloud computing from the social network analysis. From the view of static index and dynamic momentum index, it could find the group 3 (Transmission processing of accurate data of cloud computing services) might be the best value for investment. But there was not have the significance of the expected benefit, the reason of this result no presence the obviously step of the forecast technology life-cycle.
